STEP 1
Begin by filling out the form below with your contact information, device details, the issues you're experiencing, and shipping information. Complete the payment process to cover the initial shipping cost.
STEP 2
Shortly after, we will email you a shipping label and instructions on which FedEx flat rate packaging to use. Securely pack your device in a box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts, attach the mailing slip, and ship it to us.
STEP 3
Once we receive your device, we will inspect it and proceed with the repair based on the quote we provided you at the time of sending the shipping label. This ensures that you are fully aware of the costs before shipping your device to us.
