TechRx Repair definitely earned these 5 stars! I’m a professional DJ (DJ Bigg Rich) and I had an RCA cable break off inside my iRig Stream, which is a piece of equipment I use for my live streams and DJ setup. The broken piece was stuck down inside the RCA port and I thought I might have messed up the whole device trying to get it out myself. I called TechRx and he answered right away. He kept it 100% with me from the beginning and explained that since they do mobile repair, there was a $50 minimum for him to come out. I sent him pictures of what happened, he looked at them and told me he could be there in about 15 minutes. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast the response was. He showed up, was extremely professional and easy to communicate with, took my iRig to his mobile repair station, and within about 10 minutes he had the broken piece completely removed and my device back in my hands. No damage to the RCA port, no runaround, no trying to upsell me on anything. He just came out and handled it. What really stood out was the customer service. He even worked with me on the payment and let me pay part cash and the rest through Cash App, which I really appreciated. As a DJ, my equipment is part of my livelihood. This wasn’t just some random device sitting around the house — I use this iRig for my live DJ streams, so getting it fixed quickly mattered A LOT. He basically saved me from possibly having to replace my equipment and kept my streams up and running. If you’re in Tulsa and need somebody who actually knows electronics and can handle a repair that other places might not even want to touch, CALL TECHRX REPAIR. I reached out at 9am about a loose HDMI port with bad picture and no sound. Had my PS5 back and fully repaired by 1pm. They even took care of a couple of other issues at no extra charge. I couldn't find a better price anywhere in Tulsa, and those other places don't come to you. The professionalism, convenience, and service are all unmatched.
